Permitted references

Plain-text names may be used to truthfully identify the website, a compatible product, or the source of a quotation, review, or news report, to the extent allowed by law. A reference must not suggest sponsorship, endorsement, employment, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist.

Permission required

Unless law permits the use without permission, written permission is required to use a logo, brand mark, trade dress, or confusingly similar design; use a name in another product, service, business, domain, or account; create merchandise or promotional materials; or alter and prominently present a brand element.

Third-party marks

Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, Apple, GitHub, StriveLoop, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Identifying an integration or destination does not imply endorsement.
