Privacy Policy
Privacy should be understandable before it is impressive.
This policy explains how Raysor Technologies handles contact requests, partnership inquiries, support payments, security data, and administrative access.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Raysor Technologies website, including its public forms, administrative portal, and voluntary support checkout. StriveLoop has its own product policies and systems. The website is offered worldwide only to users age 18 or older.
2. Information we receive
- Contact information and messages you choose to submit.
- Partnership details such as company, project type, budget range, timeline, and project description.
- Support-payment identifiers, amount, status, supporter name or email when supplied, and subscription status.
- Security and operational data such as request identifiers, coarse network information, rate-limit records, browser headers, and Cloudflare Access identity for administrators.
Payment card numbers and CVC values are entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout and are not stored in the Raysor Technologies D1 database.
3. How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate partnership requests, create and reconcile support payments, administer subscriptions, protect the platform, investigate errors, maintain audit records, and comply with applicable obligations.
4. Service providers
Cloudflare provides website delivery, Worker execution, security services, database infrastructure, Turnstile, observability, and administrator access controls. Stripe provides payment processing and subscription billing. Resend provides operational email delivery and routing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Retention
Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, operational security, dispute handling, accounting, legal obligations, or legitimate company records. Spam and unnecessary submissions may be removed earlier.
6. Your choices
Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, or another privacy right available where you live. Some records may be retained for security, legal, accounting, or dispute purposes. Email privacy@raysor-technologies.com ↗ with “Privacy Request” in the subject. Monthly supporters may request cancellation of future renewals through the support channel or an available Stripe-supported process.
7. Security
The site uses HTTPS, security headers, Cloudflare protections, server-side validation, rate limiting, CSRF controls, prepared database statements, restricted administrator access, and verified Stripe webhooks. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. International processing and contact
The website is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where the service providers operate. No security measure can guarantee absolute security.
