Global Privacy Addendum
Regional rights depend on the law that applies.
This addendum supplements the Privacy Policy only when a regional privacy law applies to a person or processing activity. Local mandatory law controls.
EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Where applicable, processing may rely on requested contractual steps, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent for optional activity. Depending on local law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.
Information may be processed in the United States and provider locations. Where required, a legally recognized transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards should be used. No data-protection officer or local representative is designated by this page.
California and other United States states
The service may handle identifiers, contact and submission content, support-payment and subscription records, network and device activity, approximate location inferred from network data, administrator identity, and limited security inferences for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
The reviewed service does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not perform targeted advertising or significant automated decision-making. Applicable rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, disclosure information, opt-out, appeal, and non-discrimination.
Canada, Brazil, Asia-Pacific, and other regions
Where applicable law grants them, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, portability, consent withdrawal, information about use or disclosure, or review of covered automated decisions. Individuals may also raise a complaint with the competent regulator where local law permits.
