Data Rights
A practical path for privacy requests.
Rights vary by location and applicable law. This page explains how to submit a request without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Submit a request
Email privacy@raysor-technologies.com with “Privacy Request” and the requested action—access, correction, deletion, portability, objection or opt out—in the subject. For an appeal available under local law, use “Privacy Appeal.”
Describe the feature used and provide the associated email, approximate date, request identifier, or Stripe transaction identifier when helpful. Never send a password, full payment-card number, access token, or sensitive identity document unless specifically requested through a verified process.
Verification and authorized agents
Information reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority, and the relevant records may be requested. Authorized-agent requests may require proof of authority and direct identity confirmation where permitted.
How requests are handled
Requests are assessed under applicable law. A request may be limited where an exception applies, including security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, privilege, another person’s rights, or inability to verify the request. A response will be provided within the period required by applicable law; no shorter deadline is promised.
Payments and provider records
Deletion does not automatically cancel recurring support or erase records that Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend, or another provider must retain under its own obligations. See Refund and Cancellation and Service Providers.
Complaints
Privacy complaints may be sent to privacy@raysor-technologies.com. Where applicable, a person may also complain to the competent privacy or data-protection regulator.
