1. Acceptance

By using this website, submitting a form, or completing a support payment, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree. The website is offered worldwide, but you are responsible for laws that apply to you. Do not use the affected feature if you do not agree.

2. Company website

The website provides information about Raysor Technologies, its products, research discipline, partnership services, and company operations. Product descriptions must not be interpreted as a promise that an unannounced or disabled feature is available.

3. Contact and partnership submissions

You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to share it. A submission does not create a client relationship, partnership, confidentiality obligation, employment relationship, or commitment to perform work. Do not submit trade secrets or highly sensitive information before a separate written agreement exists.

4. Voluntary support

Support payments are voluntary payments made through the Raysor Technologies support flow that help fund design, engineering, testing, hosting, and related work. They are not charitable donations, are not represented as tax-deductible, and do not provide equity, ownership, voting rights, investment returns, or a guaranteed product or service. The legal merchant or payee identity shown by Stripe Checkout controls the payment transaction.

5. Monthly support

Monthly support renews automatically at the amount and frequency shown in Stripe Checkout until canceled. You authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method each month. A cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse amounts already processed.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the transaction, timing, payment status, and surrounding circumstances. Contact Raysor Technologies before initiating a payment dispute so the issue can be investigated. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Worker or database, test payment methods without authorization, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, scrape protected areas, or use the website in violation of law.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The website operator may change, suspend, or correct website features. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and the website operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use. Rights and liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by South Carolina law. To the extent a dispute may be brought in court, exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts with jurisdiction in Florence County, South Carolina, USA, subject to non-waivable law.
